This wine is aged for ten months in 70% new and 30% old French oak barrels. It is a brilliant red in colour. Concentrated and expressive aromas and flavours of leather, cigar box, and brooding dark fruit, followed by soft tannins on the finish.
This wine is aged for ten months in 70% new and 30% old French oak barrels. It shows dark chocolate, coffee, and mocha on the nose that carries through on the palate. A ripe and round mouthfeel with good structure and well integrated tannins.
Teddy Hall Chenin Blanc is a crisp and refreshing, luscious wine with tropical fruit aromas that complement the complex, fresh, palate. It finishes with a lingering sensation of honey. The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed and settled in a stainless steel tank. After racking, the wine was inoculated with VIN13 yeast and was prevented from undergoing malolactic fermention to ensure crisp acidity.
“A classic, nutty, green apple and gooseberry nose-the entry is fresh, crisp with lemon, grapefruit and passion fruit flavours. Love the juicy, mineral, green guava finish. Solid value.”
