2008 Signorello Seta

60% Semillon & 40% Sauvignon Blanc

The nose on this wine has aromas of white peach, caramel and citrus.  The full bodied palate has gentle spices with hints of cantaloupe, honeydew melon and vanilla.  The minerality is silky and seductive with great balanced acidity.

"A very fine wine that strikes just the right balance in a white Bordeaux-style wine.  It's fruity in the California style, with ripe citrus, apple and peach flavors.  The richness is balanced with zesty acidity, and there's a dry, steely minerality that makes it particularly savory."
