347 Vineyards are single varietal wines, composed of carefully selected parcels of fruit from different valleys. The result, a multi-dimensional wine, a fusion of unique character. This Sauvignon Blanc presents a brilliant light straw yellow colour, with reflections of green on the edges that give a sensation of freshness. On the nose notes of fresh peaches and grapefruit intermingle with subtle hints of herb. The herbaceousness follows through to the palate, but it is the wonderful fruity finish that lingers in the memory, reminding one of citrus fruits. It is well balanced and fresh, with an excellent acidity.

60% Semillon & 40% Sauvignon Blanc

The nose on this wine has aromas of white peach, caramel and citrus.  The full bodied palate has gentle spices with hints of cantaloupe, honeydew melon and vanilla.  The minerality is silky and seductive with great balanced acidity.

2010 Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

The 2010 Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc is truly a variety that is made in the vineyard. Clean and ripe fruit will always produce great Sauvignon Blanc. After pressing, the wine is chilled and allowed to settle over a 24 hour period. The wine is then racked, inoculated and fermented at cool temperatures for 15-20 days. After fermentation and maturation the various tanks are brought together to make a final blend.

The 2010 Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic mix of limes, passionfruit and melon with undertones of gooseberry and green capsicum adding complexity. The firm but balanced acidity and clean crisp flavours make this a mouth filling and lingering wine.

2010 Veo Grande Sauvignon Blanc

The vineyards are located at 400 metres above sea level. The soil is partly volcanic and consists of clay, sand, and limestone. The days are warm, yet the nights are cool, which is one of the keys to growing flavourful Sauvignon grapes with high acidity.
  
Bright and fresh aromatics with a slightly herbal note and a touch of minerality. The palate shows plenty of tropical fruit flavours underlined with zippy citrus notes. Nicely textured with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
