The Malbec is harvested from 15 year old vines on low vertical trellises. The result is a flavoursome wine with intense colour, and a vibrant nose showing leather, earth and red fruit aromas. The palate is soft and lush with earthy undertones and flavours of bright ripe berries and plums.

Grapes for this blend are harvested by hand from grapes in Gualtallary, Tupungato. 35% Malbec in new American barrels with pillage, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon in tanks coated with epoxy (50% of this fermented with entire clusters), 30% Merlot in stainless steel tanks. Each varietal is aged separately in new french oak barrels for 24 months, then blended together.

Intense and deep red colour with purplish tones. Complex and deep aromas with tones of ripe plums and marmalade, and spicy, floral, and chocolate aromas. In the mouth, vigorous but smooth, with round and mature tannins.
