The Shiraz contributes to the colour and signature blackberry and spice, while the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards provide the depth and texture to the wine. The Zinfandel adds ripe fruit flavours. Fermentation is in submerged cap and static open fermenters. The wine is aged in French and American oak for 12 months.
