Absinthe Parisienne

La Fée Absinthe Parisienne is the first traditional absinthe produced in France since 1915, and is the only absinthe authenticated by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the Paris Absinthe Museum. 

It is clear, deep green, with a fresh herbal aroma. Upon adding iced water, the famous absinthe louch (a phenomenon seen when water added to absinthe forms a cloudy oil-in-water microemulsion) reflects an opalescent, smoky hue, which only adds to the mystery of this wondrous drink.
