The Loire Valley, 200 kilometres south east of Paris, is home to the eleven single natually sustained vineyard Sancerres produced by Fouassier Père et Fils, now with its tenth generation of family members working to ever improve and innovate.
Known for their intensity of flavour, bright colour and classical varietal aromas and flavours, the eleven are always highly rated and in high demand. Also produced is one single vineyard red wine (Pinot Noir), L'etourneau AOC Sancerre Rouge.
