Kevin O’Brian has crafted this Shiraz Cabernet from the best grapes sourced from long-term growers in the region, and has blended it carefully with some select parcels of McLaren Vale fruit. The wine is aged in French and American oak barriques for 11 months. It is composed of 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon to create the definitive South Australian red wine blend.
