“The 2007 Carignan Single Vineyard contains 5% Carmenere and 5% Malbec with the Carignan sourced from vines over 60 years of age. Medium purple in color, it gives up an earthy nose with hints of balsamic, Asian spices, tobacco, and assorted black fruits. This leads to a medium-bodied wine with layered spicy fruit, intense flavors, good balance, and a medium-long finish.”

This wine was produced from fully ripe and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The structure, complexity, and elegance shown in this wine is a result of ageing in French oak barrels from different coopers.
Vintage Selection is elegant and complex on the nose. Ripe and fresh aromas of red and black fruit like raspberries, cassis and black cherries join together with subtle hints of oak, menthol and a slightly wet forest note. On the palate it is wide and opulent. Ripe and velvety tannins travel all through the palate, holding the weight of the intense and fresh fruity flavours and leaving a long and delicate aftertaste.
347 Vineyards are single varietal wines, composed of carefully selected parcels of fruit from different valleys. The result, a multi-dimensional wine, a fusion of unique character. This Sauvignon Blanc presents a brilliant light straw yellow colour, with reflections of green on the edges that give a sensation of freshness. On the nose notes of fresh peaches and grapefruit intermingle with subtle hints of herb. The herbaceousness follows through to the palate, but it is the wonderful fruity finish that lingers in the memory, reminding one of citrus fruits. It is well balanced and fresh, with an excellent acidity.
This Carmenère comes from the De Martino vineyards in Isla de Maipo. They are planted on alluvial soils with gravel-sandy-clay textures, excellent drainage, and poor fertility, which naturally controls plant growth and results in wines with intense aromas of ripe red fruits and black pepper. Deep purple, with an intense, clean and fresh nose. Voluptuous, round, velvety, elegant and well balanced palate with a tasty finish. The white pepper and spice notes are well balanced with fresh red fruit aromas, giving real elegance to the wine.
The grapes are hand picked then cool-fermented and then gently pressed with 10% undergoing natural malo-lactic fermentation with oak. The wines are blended later to enhance complexity and structure.
Lifted blackcurrant and green capsicum aromas on the nose. A silky tannin structure with lingering merged flavours of blackcurrant, vanilla and tobacco.
This 2009 version of our prize-winning Carmenere is a brilliant deep, dark purplish colour on the glass. Intense, fruity aromas of red fruit and spice with a light herbal touch. The palate is fresh, expressive and fruity. This wine is well concentrated with gentle tannins, whilst still maintaining its characteristic elegance and fineness.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo Valley is a blend of grapes from different types of soil, one alluvial and the other colluvial, which results in a wine that represents its origin, with aromas that recall red and black fruits, and a palate with excellent body and persistence.
In the glass, it shows a brilliant ruby red colour. The aromas of red fruit, tobacco, spice and dried fruit stand out on the nose, as well as the notes of vanilla and mocha added by the oak maturation. On the palate, the tannins are firm and elegant.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the juice undergoes cold maceration for five days and is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is left to age in stainless steel for ten months before bottling.

The vineyards are located at 400 metres above sea level. The soil is partly volcanic and consists of clay, sand, and limestone. The days are warm, yet the nights are cool, which is one of the keys to growing flavourful Sauvignon grapes with high acidity.
Bright and fresh aromatics with a slightly herbal note and a touch of minerality. The palate shows plenty of tropical fruit flavours underlined with zippy citrus notes. Nicely textured with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
This Carmenere comes from selected vineyards planted uphill in the Colchagua Valley. Both vineyards are managed in order to achieve low yields, close to seven tons/hectare and therefore, small and full concentrated grapes.
The viticultural management is carried out in accordance with organic principles, without any pesticide application and based on a controlled irrigation deficit and careful canopy distribution. Harvest is done by hand late on the season, in the last days of April, in order to get a complete ripeness of flavours and tannins.
Strong varietal character, with ripe fruity aromas of blackberries and herbs. White pepper and a hint of coffee add complexity to the nose. On the palate it is bright and juicy, with a silky texture and subtle oak notes at the finish.
“The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc Single Vineyard Garuma was whole cluster pressed and also fermented and aged in stainless steel. Enticing aromas of cut grass, fresh herbs, and pink grapefruit set the stage for a dry, intense, focused Sauvignon with excellent balance and length. Vibrant on the palate with layered savory flavors, it is an outstanding value in Sauvignon Blanc meant for drinking over the next 1-2 years for its freshness.”
