Chateau Saint Nabor

Chateau Saint Nabor from the Rhone Valley where quality and tradition for winemaking has perpetuated 6 generations. Chateau Saint Nabor is an example of the continuity of "Vignerons Independants" as the Castor family grow, produce & bottle all their wines. Coming from a family of winegrowers, it was destined that Gérard Castor should carry on with the family tradition. He took over the estate, after the accidental death of his father, when he was only 17 years old. At the start of his career the vineyards only made up 7 hectares; today the area planted with vines reaches 140 hectares. Young and motivated, he raised this estate to an exceptional situation, on both management and quality levels. His strong character made him the mayor of the town in 1996, an office which still holds.
