Maggio Family Vineyards

Winegrower Rudy Maggio and his partners, Don and Rocky Reynolds, bought the Oak Ridge Winery in 2001. They had a vision that went well beyond dusting off a piece of local history. But some things can't be improved upon- like the building for Lodi's first tasting room. For nearly half a century visitors have tasted and purchased wines within a converted 50,000 gallon redwood tank.

Under the leadership of General Manager Nicholas Karavidas, along with Senior Winemaker Chue Her, Oak Ridge Winery is fast becoming a beacon for Lodi's future. The winery produces small lots of its own hand-crafted wines, including its signature Old Zin Vines (“OZV”). Each of their wines and all of their relationships reflect passion, commitment to quality, and uncompromising integrity.

From 1978 until 2001 Oakridge was awarded 30 Gold Medals and 174 medals on the wine show circuit.

Since 2002 Oakridge has accumulated a total of 29 Trophies, 87 Gold Medals, 66 Silver Medals and 104 Bronze across all styles, ranges and price points.  Oakridge has achieved a success rate higher than the industry average.
