Airén

Produced from 100% Airén grapes (the most planted white wine grape in the world) from 40 year old vines organically grown (EcoCert). Classified as Vino de la Tierra de Castilla. A white wine that is clean and bright pale yellow colour with green glints. In the mouth, it is lively and fruity with fresh aromas of citrus and tropical fruits that are also apparent in the nose.

Everything about this wine is "green": natural cork, recyclable bottle, labels from recycled paper and water-based inks.

Bodegas Arúspide Trilogia White 2008

70% Airén, 15% Chardonnay & 15% Verdejo

A blend of Airén, Verdejo, and Chardonnay. Harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel. Pale yellow colour with green glints, with aromas or ripe fruits and some notes of zest of citrus fruits due to the vinification. Young, refreshing and long lasting sensation in the mouth.
